View Full Version : If I go with Fortec, where do I get the flash? aiko 04-26-2004, 10:02 AM I'm new to FTA, but since DTV is dead, I'm considering picking up some Fortecs. My understanding is that once I have the box, I need to flash it. Do I need to do any further programming after that? I want to get Dish channels. Any info or links to good info re this topic would be greatly appreciated. KaseyX 05-04-2004, 01:20 PM There is no "fix" right now for the Foretec lifetime or the Ultra. Some people are experimenting with a Flash for the Pansat that the Lifetime (not the Ultra) will accept, but it renders the remote useless. |
