WinExplorer is a Win32 GUI application designed to communicate with a wide variety of smartcards.

It's intended purpose is to give hobbyists and professionals a powerful tool for programming smartcards using low cost interfaces.
It is also a great way to learn about smartcards, VBScript and JavaScript programming.

WinExploere5.4 is private version, it use to write encrypted private file.

WinExplorer - Setup for Loading/Unlooping
Connect flashed loader/unlooper to its power supply, and to the computer’s com port
Create a WinExplorer folder on your computer’s harddrive
Unzip the latest public version of WinExplorer (ex. “winex 5.0”) and all its “ini” files to the folder
Open WinExplorer
Click on Configure, then Program Parameters
Under Quick Settings pick Unlooper
Set Com Port to 1
Data Baud should be 115200
Reset Baud should be 115200
Parity should be None
Rec Timeout should be 200
Byte Delay should be 0
Reset Delay should be 0
Stop Bits should be 1
Under Byte Conversion put the dot on Direct
Do not check Flush Echo Bytes
Do not check Flush Receive Buffer Before Writes
Click the advance tab
No dot in No Resets
No dot in ISO Reset (Expect a ATR)
Put Dot in Device Reset (No ATR)
No check in Ignore Receive Timeouts
DTR should be Low
RTS should be High
Toggle this line for reset should be DTR
Click the program settings tab
Allow Multiple Instances should be blank
Associate WinExplorer Files should be checked
Batch Step Mode should be blank
Log Transactions should be blank
Display Fuse after Each Script should be checked
Decimal should have a dot
Display USW After Each Script should be checked
Decimal should have a dot
Click Save, then OK then Yes
Close the configuration window by clicking OK

WinExplorer - Operating a Loader/Unlooper
Run the WinExplorer by clicking on the icons, or by using the drop down menus
Open the Script File (.xpl; .xvb or.xjs), then
Run Script
Follow the instructions in the script’s utility
The following are examples of effective unlooping scripts, among others:
