I have a open Rom 3 Card i would like to Program ..Can someone tell me what is working on rom 3 Cards and what Program to use on it ?I also have a AVR6 Should i use it?

You need 2 programs: romtiermaker11.8d and Nagraedit3.0. Plastic is better than AVR (plastic being less of an ECM target than AVR).

Use romtiermaker11.8d to prepare a .NE3 patch file with the latest H0rhay blocker code, tiers and PPV string.

Use Nagraedit to do a full clean on the card. Next apply the previously prepared .ne3 patch file to the clean image. Then write that final image to card. DONE!
