when i first tried to load in with Dcc in FTP I would transfer original file into temp folder but nothing would show on dream box 500 manual install screen. So I change the var file extension to .tar.gz That worked to make it show up on manual install screen but when i highlight it and try to load it I get error

/var/tmp/tempdir for installer/tmp.tgz not found


any ideas
