Anyway I think I found some of the Pic's to modify the card and a few words that were in the post..." ...they are using it for NS cardshare RCQS and NKShare. Atmega Max needed that atmega looks like one I called automega128. I hope this can gst off the ground and be of some help to an experienced tester. Will follow up.

HERE ARE THE FILES THAR I FOUND THIS. LOOKS PRETTY NICE DONE, WHAT I DIDNT UNDERTANDS AT THE BEGINIG WAS THE USE OF THE DB9 FOR PROGRAMING, BUT IS USE FOR THE EMU, IT PROGRAMS THE SAME WAY WITH JEEPERS, THE DB9 IS FOR THE MAX232 OR MAX 233
