Hey, hoping someone out there can help me. I just picked up a Kbox Prodigy with a KHub, and following the instructions out there, figured I could set this thing up as easy as my Viewsat... no luck.

Here is what I have done and have:

1) Installed from USB K1-Prodigy_v1.71.beta.kbx
2) Installed from USB k1pro_201_20090625.kbx
3) Installed from USB khub.rom

My network connection says "OK" and I have a green light on my Khub... so that is working.

My problem is that I can't get any level above 90% and my quality is below 30% on any of the echostar dishes no matter the frequency I pick. I had no problem with signal and quality when I had my Viewsats going... dish hasn't moved...

What am I doing wrong? Can someone help?

Check your cable connections, ends, connectors & switches,
make sure they are not loose.

Yep, checked the connections and cables, everything is in solid. There must be some setup that I am doing wrong. Any suggestions?

unplug receiver & hub power cord for 15 min.
then p;ug it back in.
