what if dont have hi speed internet, what i mean is that i have hi speed internet but it is through my cell phone and i use a usb cord and the celll phone as a modem. how would that work or would it work?

You need a full time connection for the IKS devices thats all Ive read ask mili in his slinger thread he should know.......

My slinger works great with ADSL at 1500 Kbps

my question is how will it work when i dont dial out of a modem or eithernet i dial out of my cellphone through a usb from the computer to my blackberry.

The more shit you put between the Slinger and the Internet the higher chances packets will get lost and you get freezing. There are about 1 in a million testers with your setup so unless you test it yourself chances are you wont find an answer. I know people using their PCs to dial up and then share that internet connection with the Slinger. I got no idea how well that works out for them though. If I said "yeah man works perfect buy one" I'd be lying.

yes it is called tethering and it should work. I use it with rqcs and it works great.
