You must have prepared to talk to me by knowing your exact modem and router models, your ISP's name, your LAN and WAN IP address, your receivers exact model and your firmware which must be up to date.

If you got all the prerequisites email me at mili@dssmili.com with the following subject: "One on One Support Request!!!" and include your MSN Messenger associated email address and your order number in the body of your email

You must have MSN Messenger installed on your PC.

I need to know your WAN IP as you see in your router to see if your modem has a NAT built in or not, your ISP so that if you use dial up or satellite uplink that may also have issues. If you purchased in the store it like any other shopping cart software logs IP addresses. I delete any traces of an order after 3 months anyway since 2000 when I started this business.

This equipment must be a pain to set up if all of that personal information is needed in order to get technical support.
In this hobby, it is a good idea to NOT trust ANYBODY, especially a person that is trying to get your dollars.

When shit hits the fan there will be about a million people looking for a fix. Don't expect you will find any Slingers for immediate delivery in my store. Best case 1 month delay from the day you pay and I may only accept cash to speed cash flow up and I will not be offering it for $199 either. I believe in capitalism, supply and demand so expect the price to go up. Slingers will work on ViP MPEG4 receivers on MPEG 4 only channels, have free keys streaming to them. These two features are not found in any other solution you may have heard of. As of this moment I got no Slingers left in the store but I am taking preorders. After that I have to wait for moneys from payment processors to be able to reinvest into ordering more Slingers and then there is the delay of taking delivery etc... So if you already ordered yours you are set, if you are hoping for miracles that is good, join the DTV hackers who after 5 years are still hoping. Otherwise get a Slinger ordered TODAY or don't cry to me that I am gouging and I am greedy and this and that. I warned you.

Yes I know. There are competitors, disgruntled customers, idiots, people whose feet I stepped on over the years. It is inevitable when you are in the business as long as the 9 years I have. I have no delusions that everyone must love me and I got to please all the people there are. All I care about are my customers whom I take as good a care as I can. The competition can't play clean that is given, people I offended over the years will keep taking cheap shots, Signal integrity will have idiots fling shit at me too, cannot be helped. If you got a problem with me come out and say so and don't come with all sorts of bullshit weasel comments. I was given grief in another thread saying there is no Support for the Slingers. Now that I offer to give free support to my customers whom I already know the name address and IP address for, a moderator is jumping on me. Now make your mind up. You want support and you condemn me for it or don't you for which you will condemn me again. How about this. Let the people who are not network savvy and purchased a Slinger and MIGHT have issues get their help and stay out of our way.

You can COD if you open an account with USPS or Canada Post. I am in the Bahamas and such option not only is dangerous for end users (ask dishmonkey's customers all of whom had detailed COD records at Canadapost) but unavailable to me. If you are worried about me not shipping your goods ask for feedback on any forums how many customers sent me money orders and had not gotten their purchases over 8 years in the business. If you send a MO you can have the Slinger sent to any address to any names including your dog's.

I have little doubt that it will not be received. Shipping may be a bit slow, but I feel certain the product will arrive as promised and ordered.

I am new to this so please forgive me if I overstep my bounds. Quit a few members in this community bash others when they dont agree with what that individual is saying. If all the stb's are down for(DN) and some of the iks like nfusion and SV are working for BEV, what is the difference if Milli can get you both. Isnt that a better product for the short run? He does overpost his product, EVERYWHERE!!!, but that is what a salesman does when he see's an opportunity. Well I'm not a salesman, nor a spokesman for Mili, but I can say that while Slinger isn't perfect (yet), I'm more than satisfied with mine, and it sure beats watching a black screen! LOL!

No my purpose here is not to make friends but to make money and inform the masses that there is a solution. If I make friends it is because they appreciate the extent I go out my way to make sure every single customer gets his money's worth and gets his Slinger up and running. My services are not free, you pay for my help every time you purchase something in the store. I don't wanna be your friend, I will not take crap from anyone, I'd rather not do business with you. I am not politically correct, I try to be as fair as possible but freeloaders wont get far. You got money? You play, you got no money get rabbit ears. I do give to charity but not the free TV charity.

mili...I'm curious, the advertiser links within this forum, such as modded Dish Vip722, when checking out the link for "add a Slinger for $199", is this your store, or at least is this your Slinger sale? I'm thinking about purchasing a modded receiver and want to make sure I get the Slinger from you in the event I need your one-on-one set help?
