hi guys just got my first DB500,just flashed w/PLI now i need to Know how to install RQCAM 1.18.hope somebody can help me thanks.

You need DCC to FTP the rqcamd 1.19 PLI PPC package to root/tmp.
Then blue remote button, software management, manual install, then softcam setup, save & restart, exit menu and you should see rqcamd startup.

Not sure what your trying to say, you can't create folder for DCC or are you
trying to create a folder on the dreambox.
This may help, it's a couple yrs old, screen shots are old images, setup procedures haven't changed.
