From what you have written, you don' know really how nFusion has their servers set up or what is really being transmitted.
I can assure you that nFusion or any other fta vendor does not care about your personal safety. They only care about Money.
Sooner or later, a lot of people will be in trouble over the fta receivers. The fact that a fta receiver can be used to pirate a provider is becoming common knowledge to the general public. With this in mind, I would say that having a fta receiver connected to the internet and receiving information from a server could become an easy legal target.

As I always said, any things that wired with cable, it will always be able to trace, it just matter of time. It all depend on how much money DN wants to spending money, to get the coder and court to stand on their side.

if they didn't that would mean you never connected
now prove they don't store them
cause frankly I'm sick of nfusion pushers claiming how safe it is with nothing to back it up

Ok so lets run this by people.. I have seen and heard sting operations linked to store fronts and websites where the site, store is taken over by police, FBI, etc... so no one knows what is really going on.... Then after they have gathered all of the data needed they can then issue warrents for searches, and arrests!!! So please tell me agian how "SaFe IKS" is?!?!?!?!??? All it would take is for the govt of the country hosting the IKS server to fold under pressure of the "mighty" dollar... I mean DN and Bev are huge companies all they would need to do is pay off some one at the hosting site and have them setup a ghost log of all traffic in and out of that IKS setup.... No I will sub before going to IKS!!!!!!!!

and now that N3 is here I have more channels on bev than nfusion with no downtime
