Ok, here's my problem. First, when I do a blind scan, I pick up four of almost every channel. So last night I was deleting some of the extras. When I went to exit from the deleting, The receiver got stuck on the "saving" message. After about two hours, I powered down from the back of the receiver. When I powered back on, it stays stuck on the B-11 on the front of the receiver, and the picture freezes on the blue pattern from the background.

Does anyone think they can help me? I don't have any loader info, factory bin, etc..., and I have been unable to find them.

Also, if anyone has any idea as to why I am getting so many channels, that would be a great help. I know it's not dish pointing, because my 2700a is doing perfectly.
