As of this date there is NO public release of the factory file that is pre-loaded on your new Phoenix, also true with the Solaris.

The nova takes the original version u17 and the newer one is the version u27 for nova ONLY.

The Phoenix and Solaris takes the u37 version.
Do not load any other version on the Phoenix or Solaris.
