I am trying to load latest bin on my new Nova. The loader hangs and never starts an upload. I've got the right com port (same as when I load my CS4000), but nothing loads. The nova is right out of the box, is there some setup I need to do?

Yeah...STOP! Don't do any more until you read the Nfusion how to for newbies. You have to check the bin "boot" file. If it is lower than a certain one you have to load the latest. That is before you load the standard bin file. You had better check the how to before you mess up your receiver. Also you have to setup your internet settings, channel lists, etc.

Make sure the Boot File is 1.30 and the Main File 1.50.2

I checked all that out from the forum posts. The files never start to upload, I just get a blank popup screen. Then the loader program hangs.

ok try this hook up your nfusion to your tv and have the internet hooked up on it then , go to Menu , internet , Network Infomation , And type your ip # in the browser for the Webloader username = admin and password = 0000 and try to load 1.50.2 file from there
