I have DTV installed in my home using one dish with a duel outlet connecting two receivers. When i plug in the second reciever i get a weaker signal, (75%). I also do not catch MTV2, all the HBO's, Showtimes and other misc. channels i should catch. What could be the deal here? Signal deteriation? If so is there a way to fix this?

p.s. I've tried the card at a friends house and it catchs the channels I'm blacked out of at home. Help please.

Try switching the cables on the LNB to see if it still happen to the reciever and if not see if it change to the receiver that it wasn't. Could be a loose connection or bad LNB. Just my 2 cents.
