Is is true that I have to get an HD dish in order to receive HD picture to my CoolSat 8100 HD. I am having a 18" DishPro and picture quality is not HD at all. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

You really needed to post this in the coolsat 8100 section. I am sure there is people there that can answer your question.
