I Have A Neosat Ipro 2000 Plus And I Am Trying To Upgrade By Usb, Can Someone Please Help Me With This Problem And Tell Me How To Do This. We Have Been Down Now For About 2 Weeks And I Was Upgrading By Network But It Keeps Saying Can Not Find Server And I Do Not Know What To Do. Please Help !!!!!!!!!!!

first download 1.37 then download 3.33 on your usb.
insert usb to ipro.
do fac default. after reboot exit auto wizard.
then download 1.37 thru usb after reboot exit again auto wiz.
then download 3.33 thru usb when download complete do not hit ok i repeat do not hit ok. remove usb stick first then hit ok.
then go to your auto wiz and set up your sat.
then you can upgrade to 3.34 by network.

i have searched every where i know too and can"t find 1.37 or 3.33 anywhere, Help!!!!
