My neighbor got a 700 that only picks hor. transp. But When a blind scan is done it does recognized them both. And won't switch the diseq . It stays on lnb 1. The diseq is good 'cause I try it with my box. Could it be fix with a fact. bin? Thanks. Manny.:)

Lets start with basics first...

Post the DETAILS of the dish/LNBs/Switch and cabling antenna setup...

Then post the COMPLETE Antenna Setup Menu settings from the receiver...

Then we can start to diagnose the problem, and offer solutions:yes:

Thanks for anwering. The stb was at the shop because no signal. The guy that fix it told him that was some lost of channels. All setting are ok. It has to do with the stb because even when only one one sat is hook up alone it only gets hor. transp. It seems that got stock on 18v that is the hor. voltage . But when a blind scan is done it picks up the vert. transp. (13v) . So has to be switching. I think

the problem with my new cw700 is that it changes the setting for 118.7 by itself and removes all the channels but it doesn't do that to 119 i get all the channels on 119 but not the intrnational ones. PLEASE hELP!
