my cousin has a captive works 700 and load it with bin 1.95, he scaned satelites 110 and 119 and only gets 80 something channels per sat, he lives in chicago and i live in puerto rico and i get more than 300 channels per sat, i have 2 dishes and he has a smal dish with triple lnb, he does not need no switch or nothing because he gets sat 110, 119 and 129, just one cable from dish to receiver, sory for mutch explenation, can somebody help please, thanks.

His settings are most likely wrong...It would be better if he joined here and posted (It's free) then we could help better, rather than going through a third party.
