so i was downloading the 190 file to the coolsat

but now its stuck on the window saying "Wait for softwared downloading..."

try disconnecting the incoming dish line to box. make sure you cut power in back of box when disconnecting cable

Did you go into the menu and select 'System Recovery' and 'Restore to Factory Default' first? It always helps to clear the older BIN file out before loading a new one.

I always delete all TV and Radio channels before loading the new BIN. Then start with the "fresh" BIN.

how do you Restore to Factory Default?

go to menu then to system recovery it will ask for a password the default is 0000 then go to restore to factory default it will ask you yes or no switch it to yes and wait.
