For start, download NewCS Cardserver 1.62 and Rqcamd 0.94 then install Cardserver and the Rqcamd on your master Dreambox (with the card) on the slave boxes install only Rqcamd. On both master and slave dreamboxes you have to confirured the Rqcamd config files with your proper IP addresses, and follow the sample configurion in the config file. That should you get going.

Well, you have to know the box key from the Ird to enter them in NewCS config file newcs.xml also the tiers has to be valid. So answer is yes, no need hacked card with the latest blocker on it.

If he intalls Rqcamd, what the point of having a card server?

In Rqcamd config you have to set it up for the external cam. Processing routines are still managed by Rqcamd.

But Rqcamd is an emulator. You don't need a cam so what's the point?
