yesterday i bought an atmega with the programmer and it has a 9mhz crystal im kind of newbie at dish, but can somebody help me about this atmega'??

i don`t know if i can reprogram a dish card with this programmer??

Ok, here goes, as far as I'm aware the programer that you got is only used for programing the atmega itself. Not for programing dish cards. But the atmega can be used to run your IRD camless (no card). To figure all of this out you should read some of the tutorials on the homepage.
