As of last night dishnetwork sent down a command to lock out the rom10 from being dumped. This is a sillent update meaning the cam rev number did not change, Bell expressvu has also sent this update to the cam. So if you are not using your Rom10 access card and you wish to have future access to it the i would suggest keeping it out of the stream for now. Any attpemt to read or tamper with a locked cam will result in an OTP mark. This OTP mark is permnement and is used to target cams during a ECM.
