If anyone would take the time to help with some ideas I have 2 301.013 receivers that power up and the power keeps going on and off and i can't get jkeys to recognize and wall 2 doesn't work so could I have fried the 24lc16 chip that is on the receivers it is something i have never seen before thanks just want to fix them thanks
