I am looking for a programmer that will work with both dish and HU cards. I found several of these, but is there one that will do both cards as well as unloop HU cards?

You can get a t-911 even though they are old if you insist on writing dish and dtv it is what you want you will have to load the echoloader flash and have the dos based program to use it is different than you will be used to if you program dish you can use xcel to set bin how you need it then echoload it.

recommend 2 diffrent loaders if yo have to flash to use dish then youre taking a chance in looping the card, echloader is a ok program but has been known to be unstable... iso's are cheap.. grab one..
