This file is requested when you want to change the background image for the CW800PVR.
Download the file.Copy the file.Go to the loader and RIGHT click on the loader.
Do not open the loader.Insted click "Paste" and the loader will open on its own.You can now try again to load your image without the promte for the missing file.
I have included both the file and a test image.Right click on the image and save to your location of choice.
