I'm currently using a Pansat 9200 HD receiver and connected to 82W, and as the title says, cannot get any picture but am receiving audio. I have both good signal and quality.

My first assumption was that I had a bad bin, however I just updated to the current bin and the same problem continued.

I am stuck on Waiting for picture 10%... which continues endlessly. Any suggestions?

Edit: My problem was I wouldn't keep the STB on the same channel long enough. After leaving it on a single channel for 15-30 mins. everything seems to be okay.
