Hello I just got the Coolsat 7100 yesterday, so I am very new to it.

I bought it just to get the Indian Channels, Pay-Per-View Channels, and some other regular american channels (all free ofcourse).

But even with all my effort, I tried 6 or 7 times using Channel Search (and even put in the C7100 NEWEST Code thing)..and even got 953 channels. But no Indian channels, not one. But when I tried it again (downstairs this time) I get more Indian channels and no Pay-Per-View Channels. Here are my questions:

1) Does the location of the Coolsat in the house matter?

2) Does anyone know of a way I can get, both, hindi (Indian) and american/english channels together?

3) What other things should I try?

4) Any other places I can find more info for coolsat 7100?

5) Would there be anyway for me to get the following channels together:
MTV
VH1
ZEETV
SET (Sony)
STAR 1
B4U Movies
B4U
NICK
DISNEY
ABC
NBC
CBS
etc. etc.?

alot of channels have moved off 61.5 not sure if the ones you want are there or not check lyngsat.com to see if they are there or have moved to another sat

hm...thanks ill check it out..but i dont get what I have to do to get those channels?

I have other satellites other than those withing 61.5 to 124.0 or something...i dont know.

No it doesn't

With a disecq or DP34 switch

Check other sats to see if they are on them

I believe the indian channels are on a different sat. may have to go to fta on computor and check it out.
