Pansat 9200HD with missing chanels, double chanels on 110 and 119

I have a pansat 9200 HD. I can see the channel CNN, ESPN, ESPN2, MoMax on the chanel list but there is no Video and Audilo. When I scroll to one of those channels, it said: Chanel discramble or no signal. Please help. I am able to watch alot of other channels from 110 and 119. Thanks
