The CanAm Supreme Court hearing is set for December 4th and the legal-rights fund is still short of enough funds to challenge it in court. This will be the FIRST supreme court ruling in Canada in the satellite legality issue and if we lose, it will be very, very bad for the entire industry and will give the powers that be the excuse they have been waiting for to exercise sweeping raids and lawsuits against people in the industry.

If you are a Canadian consumer whether you use a test card or subscribe via the grey market, it will affect you even more so as the Canadian government and Bell Expressvu will attempt to erect a TOTAL PROHIBITION in Canada against FOREIGN PROGRAMMING (Directv, Dish Network, International Satellite), so please donate if you can.
Even if you are a U.S. consumer, this will effect you in one way or another, especially if we lose.
