okay peps check it out my freind gave me a neusat cause he said it dont work and he is tired of fixing it with a new bin so he got another dish box.
well the point is he gave it to me but i dont know how to work on it.

I dont have the loader,new bin file and i dont even know how to upload the bin.

i have a coolsat 4000, 5000 and 6000 iam really good at using those but not the neusat sp 6000 so please if any 1 knows how witch i bet u do please HELP!!!!!! i would really appriciate it THANKZ.:yes: :beer:

wait for a new bin. The last one took over 5 months and worked for about a week. If we get a file, just copy it to a USB and then load it into the box via its USB port.

Can i do it with a radioshack usb serial cable.
DAmmmmmm man 5 months is alot of time to wait for it maybe if we all start thanking the neusat coders they will pay more attention to us.

yeah, thanks and praise. I think that was attempted months ago. Maybe we can wooo them with some roses. It's all been attempted along with threatening, begging, demanding, etc... they aren't listening. they are working on what is important and likely to gain their company more money. I'm just glad to see a new file since 2035 came out in Nov. of last year. It shows that they still have us in their back-pocket. The latest files for everyone else (May 5) lasted only a day. I hope when everything settles down again, Neusat will hook us up. I'm glad I didn't toos those receivers in the trash like so many others talked about.

v2 says they want iks for the sp6000 myself i wouldnt use iks or recommend it . Sure it has kept working through the ecms but havin a link that could possably be folowed back to you the user is not a good idea. As for cardless our best bet is to find someone who can convert the stb like they didi with the hd9000 to captain only way V2 makes money on nuesats already sold is to sell a iks kit and i for one dont want that.:beer:

WOW, I just decided to look at the site and happened to stroll thru the Neusat section again. I see that 2036 has been up for a week. I thought that surely I had missed my chance to get another few $$ worth out of my Neusat. Switched the bedroom TV on ch3 and fired up the Neusat. I'll be dammmmed. I got TV. Maybe not PPV or XXX, but basic stuff is working fine. See, told ya not to toss it. I mean, I stack it on top of the TV and only turn it on when I see its up. But I got cable tv looped thru it so I always have something to watch in the bedroom. You DO have a Sat or Cable sub, don't u? This will never be my main unit again, since I've gotten a couple of different units since last October, but I'm not throwing any of mine out. Maybe I'll set one up on the PC to watch on my dual 22" LCD setup in the office. Cable dont look to good thru the WinFast TV card displayed on a 22" widescreen Samsung, but I could try a different device with the Composite or S-Video output of the Neusat.....

It does'nt cost anything to keep and could be used for parts if they never give us new bins. LOL

They will have new bins sooner are later

My Neusat Sp-6000 is currently working with bin 2036 but no PPV channels !!
Any of you guy can get through these channels??
