- Added option in config file to force Enigma 1 or Enigma 2 PMT parsing. This is for supporting
Engima 2 images on PowerPC boxes (i.e. DM7020). See the rqcamd.conf file.

- Added option in config file to force processing of EMM's even when in CS mode. This is useful for
keeping softcam keys/mecm files updated even when the emu is in CS mode.

- Fix for current DISH/B** MECM's.
