a little too simplistic. Sounds great and very inspiring but let's face it there are a million reasons why kids get into trouble. It takes a village to raise a child, and all those things which are societal issues are also issues of our families and one individual, which needs to be addressed, first. There are a lot of things wrong with the way children are coddled these days. I never had to hit my kids but I did instill the fear of God in them. I didn't give them no "TIME OUTS", I took away whatever it was they held dearly at the time. Whether it be TV, a bike or just being grounded. My kids are adults now and I just hope my grand child is raised correctly with honesty and integrity (I do not doubt she will be). I know no grandchild of mine will be a fat lazy couch potato with an attitude that you just want to smack the sh%& out of them. Parents today make excuses for kids instead of facing the fact that maybe, just maybe the kid is an a-hole. And what's the deal with all these pills? Is every fu*&ing kid on ridelin or something? Do they all have ADD or some other shit. They're fu*&ing kids for christ sakes, of course they have short attention spans in school. All they want to do is play and after 10 minutes of some teacher droning on OF COURSE their minds are going to start wandering. Ok, my rant is over. Thanks
