when i click the envelope with the green icon i get this

Opening COM1.
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing COM1.

when i click the envelope with the blue arrow to the left i gat this
Opening COM1.
Reset failed
comunication error
Closing COM1.
