I agree, there is always hope. Find the nearest trash bin and give you're Nuesat STB a toss!!! The only hope is to go with a reputable unit!:yes:

Maybe the attic or top of the closet, but I'm not tossing my 3 Neusats. probably ever. these things will still be here when hell freezes. and if they DO get a file, I'll be laughing at those people who tossed their good money in the trash. Hell, I can still hook it to the stereo and use it for SIRIUS satellite radio in any room with a cable to my dish. Plus, it shows the time. money well spent.

neusat 9000hd has a conversion bin out on another site :yes: to convert it to a captain 8000hd then you can use captain upgrades working great with latest captain update on both providers.loaded conversion bin thru usb had to use parallel serial cable to load captain bin wait for autoroll.

that will be the only way to get your receiver back up. it will be with conversions cause there wil be no more support for neusat. they don't have a clue as to what to do without a coder to do the fix.

i'm using my neusat pre as a door stop so i'll be able to find it as a fix comes in .testing viewsat lite and pansat 2700 ,2800.

well dust off those door stops there is a bin that works inthe file section sp2036 you might need new batterys for those remotes too its been a long time but the wait is over.:beer:

be patient a new bin should be out soon this last ecm was a nasty one doubled the map calls make writing the bin harder but not impossable by any means i will pst as soon as it is out.:yes:

well at least new support means you might be able to recoup some $ selling your stb on ebay or something.:yes:

:D:D Loaded bin 237 set keys and it works just fine on all channels. Have had to reload bin 237 when it goes down, but then it comes right back up.
