I'm trying to load bin w/ serial and it won't load. Loader says "waiting for target". I powered off and on but still nothing. Comports 1 and 2 both say connected. but neither one will work. Also front of stb says "boot". Install for sats, switch and dish went fine. What am I doing wrong? thanks for help

There is no communication between your PC and your receiver, check your cable or your COM assignment.

In any case, it won't do any god; both IKS and Autoroll are down.
