OK I got a 103 BGA mounted on a card, the data space is at A700.
It hasn't been used in about three months, since the first big hit back then.
I had problems getting into the card because of a lost password but finally got the password yesterday and been working on the card ever since....
Here is what I have done with it so far.
Downloaded the newest DishWiz Blocker with mecm patch included (used the 30C blocker).
Copied the three lines at the top of the dishwiz blocker to add the new provider filter and such and put that into Nagraedit and patched that to the bin.
I then used Mr Tierworks to sey up all tiers and such and saved as nagraedit patch.
Patched tiers with nagraedit to bin.
Open bin in RomExplorer and set all expiry dates and such.
Used Dish 0106 Key Changer to add new keys to the bin.
Open bin in N2Edit and applied blocker and wrote to card.

Popped the card into the receiver.

Now, after doing all this I got a window that said my card was invalid and to press ok on remote. I pressed OK and it went into the switch test and did the test. After test it went back to the TV screen on channel 504 but the channel was black as were all others.
Channel 199 (The new chiller channel) comes in fine as does channel 101 and 100, the free open channels but no others do.
I let it sit for a long time but still nothing comes up.

Have I missed a step here or something?
