i need help............ok like when i hook the avr up with the cable and use funprom it gets an error..........something about processor not responding or something........this is a new avr.....and with my jtag i cand get nothin with it...............is there any way to get them to work..........i have set the programs to use the correct port ...........could it be a comp problem.........i can't get nothin out of either of them..........both r new products.........and wire is new....so could it be the avr and jtag or the wire or my comp

Its been at least two days. What OS are you using, XP?

i am running windows98........my lpt port is how it came on my puter.........it is ecp printer port.........i still can't flash my avr or detect my jtag...........what could be my prob.........thanks
