i have new NFusion receiver load latest file on it, dish pointing to 61.5w good signal quality and strenth scan all channels it did got scaned and the main problem is i am not able to see and picture at all....!!!! it says a message ]" servise not available i-on / n-on / emul-off to change a channel press up or down."[/B]. internet connection is good because it shows a ip address and all in the internet option manu..so please anyone can hepl me with this .......i really appriciate.....

make sure your boot ver is above 128, also all are down right now

Menu, then System Settings, then S/W Version.

You should see this:

If your software version is not 1.43, you need to update it. You can do this by going to Menu, then Internet, then S/W Upgrade.

yes is definetely over it its R3x 1.30 but still having same problem .......i connect with netgear wall plugged ethenet bridge xe102 at both ends one with router and anotherone with receiver ......i scanned all channels i can read all channel name but cant see it it keep saying me the massage "servise not available i-on / n-on / emul-off to change a channel press up or down."
is that anything related if the internet acess having a passward? because i have it here so i can not enter the passward in the receiver so how can i do it?

well i got one step ahead now it connecting to the server and in return it says " error message received from server.."..............so where is the problem now?
