this will let your convert your pantec 2500-2700 and will then take only jvvh files but they have pretty good support for them as of right now so worth it.

read the instructions carefully

one question, i checked out the site in the notepad, umm I can't seem to find the jvvh files, are they the same thing as the 233 bin the or whatever...and which ones would be working now?

any jvvh file will work (newer the better) or any file that states working with converted 2500-2700 pantecs. such as "100t_series_serial" files aswell.

some people keep the jvvh as a sign of respect for the original maker of the jvvh files, others just make them and name them what they want and you have to read if it is supported by the 2500-2700 converted boxes

and keep the question to the support section not the files section. it makes it easier to track down

The conversion, I thought, was to go from a Pantec 2500 to a Pansat 2700. Is that right?<_<

Thanks. That's one of the first things I thought when I saw the "waiting for picture" message, but after turning off the autoroll, I am now getting the "scrambled or bad channel" message. I also notice that after I powered off the box using the remote it didn't want to respond with the remote again until I hit the main switch in the back.

hit 8282 on your remote after you turn it on in the back , reset default and then turn too channel 200 and wait for it to A/R.......

Thanks.

Bluebaby,
what does setting the default do? Is it to restore the remote functionability? or what?

it will restore your keys and it will A/R to get back the latest keys, when i converted i had to do the same thing..try it....
