Vista USB-Serial Driver
Most laptops are coming with window vista operating system.
Now this is only for vista users...
Download and install the program in the attachment section. USB to rs232 for vista users will detect on comm 4 port.
After you install the file make sure you use all the time the same USB port to fix your receiver. I'm just assuming your using Window's Vista but if you are using Window's XP that's a different file you'll be able to find almost everywhere on the net.
