I have this box for a short time. I have uploaded the last bin and I have check the keys but all of the sudden i only get the listening channel and i dont get any of the rest, it show's me that i have signal and power but i dont get nothing! Can anyone tell me why is this happening or what can I do?

I picked up a Neusat 6000 premium a week or so ago and I find it much more difficult to deal with than the EV3000 that I have. You can re-boot, pull the plug for a few seconds or play with the remote button's and suddenly the channel's pop in...or out. Take's a long time to change key's also. Make sure your sat. set-up is correct. Good luck ! Clambo

The dish is set up right! and i know what you mean that you have to play with the remote in order for the channel to pop up. but is bad when you dont get channels at all. I know is set up right because it has work for like 6 months allready. PLEASE HELP!!!!
