Has anyone found the new cooltec 4k multistar 3 button BIN???

I Found a XVI32 Script for clone safe mods to coolsat4000 bins on another site. But i do not know how to convert it into a mod by using COOLSAT4000_NORW_151_20071025. If someone knows how to mod this file plz HELP??
