Hello,

Anyone knows if Neusat is going to fix the closed caption on HD9000. It worked fine long time ago and for a while the remote’s read button is not doing anything (It is not responding at all so I cannot turn it ON or OFF).
The remote control is not broken because if I am updating receiver with the one of the first updates then it is functioning fine. As soon as I am updating the receiver with the older updates, it stops working.
Anybody else have the same problem? Is there is anybody who can turn it ON/OFF with the latest update?
I really need the closed caption function. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
