I have just got a new CW800 and it says you have to do a factory default after you put on the new bin and scan for satellites. My question is do you have to do a factory default and rescan the satellites every time you put on a new bin?

All you should have to do is put in is the latest file for your box which is this one I believe just double check because I'm not positive

Its OK now. It was the LNB that was causing the problem. Put a new on one and it worked. Funny thing is it would work with the a viewsat and a pansat 2500
