I purchased the 9200 today and it looked promising. I upgraded from a Fortec Lifetime Ultra mostly due to my new HD TV. So here is my probleme, getting into the programming USB menu.

The USB stick they provided me is empty and the box does not reconize it when I insert it. It says no USB when I try to get the the menu. I read the 9000 USB stick guide and it said it writes 2 folders CODE and CHDATA, I tried it manualy and nothing.


Anyone have any advise?

push the usb stick in hard. post back if help.

^ That was my exact probleme. It was new and I was being to delicate, I just pushed it harder and it clicked. Thanks.
